Went to 9 VIP after reading many positive reviews. Building matched pictures but the entrance had me confused for a minute. Walked the block felt safe during day. Once inside greeted by mama-san asked for line up but she said not many girls where there this early. Based on my experience in places like Florida, it basically results in a bit higher prices because the spas and massage therapists have to get licensed and meet certain health and safety standards IF they choose to follow the law. Otherwise, it's business as usual once they are licensed. Real "trafficking" is rare in established spas and massage parlors; it's more suited to temporary hotel / motel and short-term apartment rental setups so they can keep the victims of real trafficking on the move. So the legislation won't really do much to stop actual trafficking. But it looks good in an election year.

You don't need to say or do anything, just go with the flow.

9 VIP is up the steps. Here's the process:

0) I leave everything in my car except my phone (off) and the cash I need.

1) Ring bell.

2) Mamasan answers, takes you back to a room. Sometimes she asks "first time here" to which I always say no.

3) Mamasan puts you in a room.

4) Few minutes later your provider comes in. I just hand her 1 60 and say nothing.

5) Provider leaves, you get naked, wrap yourself in a towel and put on flip flops.

6) She comes back and you go to TS and sauna. Just follow her instructions.

7) After a few minutes in sauna, she takes you back to your same room.

8) Massage and then the flip. Again, just go with the flow. It will happen. Once it happens you can direct a bit in terms of positions etc.

9) Afterwards you get a clean up, get dressed and get walked to the door.

I've never asked for a line up but that's sometimes an option, per others on this board. You can call ahead and request someone (sometimes). If so, and if you're going in the next week or so, ask for Olivia (see my other post on her). She was top notch in looks and service (IME).

Sorry to ask this question here but I will be travelling to Philly and have never been to A1 or 9 VIP, I was wondering if there is street parking near both establishments (trying to figure out driving arrangements)? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

When you get there, leave donation on table and if she asks; say that you left it on the table and point to it. Don't ask "what do you get with donation" or "what's the price" as they will most likely supect that you are knew and may skimp you on some things. Just act naturally and move with the pace. If you paid the proper donation, then they will understand what you are there for.

The only new advice that I will give is to RTF on which girls are good, so that you can start off with a good experience. You don't want to start off on the wrong foot with an unattractive provider or provider that knowingly skimps on time. Other than that, I look forward to your report!

But otherwise mms will bring you whoever is available at the time unless you ask for someone by name and she's available, or you have an appointment. 9 VIP's mms in particular seems to be a bit annoying IMHO because anytime I want to see who is there, she always tries really hard to dodge the question and not give me names. Also when I ask for a specific type of girl, she seems to ignore my suggestion and just bring whoever. Good thing I haven't run into any bad girls there, but it is a bit of a damper on the experience.

Anyways, when I walk in, I usually know beforehand via research exactly how much the rates are and I have that ready to go. Some people like to wait til later on to give the tip amount, I usually just give everything up front to avoid any awkward questions later on, or to put them at ease a bit more. If you just give them the right amount, they'll understand what it means, and they'll assume you've been there / know what you're doing. I guess it does open me up to being ripped off since I'm paying early on, but the places I go to like 9 VIP are usually well reviewed enough that I'm not too concerned. If they rip me off, they lose a very frequent customer anyways.
