After reading many good things about your service I decided to arrange an appointment. The first visit was amazing. The second was lame. Maybe I caught you on a bad day but there was a major difference between the first and second visit. Whatever kind of day you are having, try to keep the clients best interest at hand.
Also is there something you can do about the smoke smell affecting the clients cloths.
