I don't recommend Hendricks county, though, for business purposes. That would eliminate the latter two, if you're planning on setting up shop. Hendricks county is not much fun in the legal aspect, but very safe for home security. Be aware also, that some parts of Camby lie in unincorporated Hendricks and Morgan counties.

Dallas comes to mind as a standout) but for those days in my area the grapevine was still the place to find your best info (and still is today in many respects).
