Just wanted to put a plug in for the Detroit Public Health Clinic at 50 E. Canfield St. In Detroit.
A2 - please move if you think there's a better spot for this post.
I try to go here once a year or so to get the all clear on STDs. Found it a few years back when I had a condom break inside the pussy of a particularly sketchy SP.
They take walk-ins from Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. There's free parking in a gated lot next door. They test for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and HIV. They give HIV results while you're there. Other results take a week, BUT they will treat you for whatever you think you have right then, even before the results come back. That means they give you an antibiotic shot in the ass, and a 7 day supply of pills when you walk out the door.
If you do it right, it is anonymous and costs nothing. They will ask you for an insurance card. Tell them you lost your job and don't have insurance. They will ask you for an I'd. Tell them you lost your wallet and are waiting for another driver's license in the mail. When you fill out the paperwork, you can put a fake name, address, cell phone number, and date of birth. Just make sure you remember what you put, because they will ask for it when you get your results.
I put my burner phone number down as my cell phone number. They will call this number only if your test comes back positive. Put a fake or non-working number if you don't have a burner phone. You can call the clinic number to get your results if you don't want them calling.
Any of us who regularly do anything BB, including BBBJ, should pay them a visit. I've done the STD check website before, which costs $200+ AND then you have to wait to get treated after waiting 3 days for results. The Detroit clinic is a way better option.
Happily got my all clear again last week.
I noticed ads on STG about a reliable AA provider, claiming she's got HIV. Any advice for someone who has seen her recently? I always bring and use my own protection. Real shame if its true, def one of my favs.

Agree, assume they all have the HIV and although I have done it and survived, it's very risky to raw dog them. Every time I've done it, I sweated until I could confirm I didn't pick up anything so I just stopped doing it. Bring your own is the best practice. The HIV is just one of many gifts you don't want. Even though some of these girls can be pretty convincing that they're clean, the bottom line is she fucks mongers for money. Some mongers know they have shit and still raw dog these girls, the next raw dogger will take that home to the wife, gf, etc. I raw dog the gf, and wrap up on the providers.
My 2 cents.
I'm not a BBFS fan. But I see a lot of providers that's hell bent on no BBFS but offer BBBJCIM. Is it me or is that a little crazy. LOL. What's the difference from sending the kids down their throat then her glory hole?. LOL.
STD risk is lower with BBBJ. Still a risk for herpes transmission (but most have it already). But you can't get HIV from BBBJ. Most of the other bugs can be transmitted orally, but not as readily. The risk of transmission is higher for the provider.
It's also a feature of market demand. If providers could get away with CBJ they would do it, and some of those in higher demand require it.

Just like all of the other STIs that I know of. The odds are different, but definitely possible for transmission to go either way.
For example: A girl I saw a long time ago had a broken tooth that cut and broke the skin on my dick, so she had my blood in her mouth and I had her saliva in my bloodstream. Not very much of either, but that's one way for it to happen. I was happy when my tests came back negative across the board.
The only safe sex is jerking off. And then, only if you're really sure where your hand has been. Everything else is a calculated risk. Not trying to be preachy here. I obviously have mongered plenty, and taken plenty of risks! Just don't want bad info being propagated.

All medical evidence clearly states that HIV is NOT transmitted via saliva. So while meth head saliva is disgusting and can carry any number of germs, HIV is not one of them.

It is statistically improbable. I spent about 40 hours researching this when I first started mongering. It is for the most part considered safe sex. For the guy anyway.

So while meth head saliva is disgusting and can carry any number of germs, HIV is not one of them.
I admit, I should've stated things slightly differently rather than referring to her saliva as a possible source of infection.
However, someone with a broken tooth frequently cuts their own mouth with it, causing them to bleed (and if their general health is poor, their mouth won't heal as quickly as a healthy person). And, HIV infection is frequently accompanied by other STIs, the sores of which can bleed and leak other fun fluids, without it being obvious that this is going on. Given that the chick cut my dick with her tooth, there was possible direct exchange of blood, which most certainly can transmit HIV.
I never said it was likely, and I've only had about 3 covered blowjobs that were worth my time, so I take the calculated risk with providers and get BBBJs.
But accepting a small risk is entirely different than denying that the risk exists, and, unfortunately, the risk of catching SOMETHING from an infected blowjob giver is far from zero. This isn't like worrying about getting hit by lightning while smoking cigarettes. If you're sticking your unwrapped dick in someone's wet holes, you should get tested for STIs regularly.

Fluids with highest concentration of HIV is in semen, blood, breast milk, and vaginal secretions. Low risk fluids include tears, saliva, and sweat unless mixed with obvious blood (Ignatavicious, 2018). Low risk means risk nonetheless; however low this may be. Even if it is less than 0. 0001%, I certain wouldn't want to be in this very small percentage. This is stuff I teach, by the way.
I've been researching and following HIV since the '80's. It's a weird interest of mine since childhood.
First and foremost, HIV needs two openings to the bloodstream for transmission. Is it possible for you to get HIV from a BBBJ? Yes, there's always a chance, a small one but a chance. The reason it's so small is that a person's mouth heals very quickly from lacerations and abrasions. The mouth is genetically designed that way.
Back in the '90's, it was found that it takes 2 gallons of saliva to contract HIV, TWO GALLONS! Let that marinate.
If you guys are freaked out about it, you can take PREP to prevent HIV transmission. There are different forms of PREP, but you can see your doctor for more details.
Stay safe.
Even with taking PREP, it is still recommended to cover up.
I am an adherent of the Korean bareback. As other devotees know, the sensation is like night and day compared to cfs.
It would be nice to have an appreciation of the risk involved, though. From online research, it looks like the chances of a M getting it from vaginal sex with an infected F is like 1%. I can live with that. (But what about those K girls taking loads all day. Their odds got to be high!
Anyway I was thinking of other STDs that can transmit more easily from infected F - M. Online stats seem to show much higher, like 60% for chlamydia / gonorrhea / syphilis!
Does anyone have any information or experience as to playing these percentages?

Chlamydia and gonorrhea are by far the most easily transmittable of the STD's. It can happen both vaginally and orally. Herpes apparently can be transmitted without any symptoms showing but it is rare. HIV has literally zero confirmed cases from oral (BJ) and the infection rate is way higher for the person receiving the semen internallyespecially if it was received anally (thought to be due to cuts and or small tears associated with stretching the anus too far for something it was never designed).
Plus there are a host of other STDs that don't show any outward symptoms right away like HPV and hepatitis but but their transmission rates are still far below the old school VDs.
If you're serious about educating yourself on this, definitely go to the CDC's website. It is pretty much the national authority on STD education.
