Authentic NY style Chinese

They serve authentic NY style Chinese, One thing you'll quickly notice is that Las Vegas Chinese restaurants have no idea how to make an egg roll;.
Most of the time they will serve a springroll and call it 'egg roll', Anyways that restaurant has the NY flavor down to a science and its my fave so far.
I'm open to other recommendations.

How long will this continue? The mask mandate in las Vegas is ridiculous and useless. Yet Las Vegas citizens have no fight, no zest for freedom and no common sense. This is not about public safety or controlling the flow of hospitalizations, this is about conformity and compliance. "Follow the science" is the mantra of those drunk with power. Those who claim the science paid for the science. The "Science" is based on the funding. Reporting numbers are proven to be suspect and if I can still get the virus if I am vaxxed why do I want to get vaxxed? There is no proof being vaxxed means my case will be less severe, vaxxed people are dying everyday and there is no studies that support it. The virus spreads and infects both the vaxxed and unvaxxed equally. Remember 14 days to stop the spread? Remember our president saying" If you get vaxxed you won't have to wear a mask again" and finally "there will be no national mask mandate." The governor doesn't even update us anymore- there is no talk about the end game. The people in charge never want this to end. The democrats never let a crisis go to waste and historically use it to grab more power. But Nevadans don't seem to care. They are surely sheep. If you want it to end. You must stand up and say no more.

You must stand up and say no more.[/QUOTE]What our governor did was: made the businesses the enforcer, so in the early stages of this Con-ronaVirus, the state fined businesses who let unmasked people into businesses and threatened with their business licenses and had "secret agents" out and about to monitor businesses and report on them, purely Gestapo tactics and so, we have what we have, scared businesses.
Now we got the big idiot trying to mandate the clot shots upon everyone, luckily some courts have blocked that POS. I suspect after the New Year, FJB will have some new Nazi-style mandates against citizens. It seems like it will get worse, not better and that will be across the country as they try to make out every new variant the big bad wolf.

I know this has become some huge political debate, which is unfortunate, as I stay out of politics, but please take care of yourselves out there.

Suggestion. Don't go there
Feelings are hot regarding masks, vaccinations, and mandates. They are hot on various forums on this site including a lot of name calling. I realize this is the "off topics" forum so it's a catch all. I'm going to suggest that we don't get into discussions of this sort. People on both sides will end up getting upset. It will just become a big mess.
