Discrete Meets is in Tampa but has been going thru some churn and drama but 200jellybeans/hr is their standard rate. Flat rate, no tips. Check out the Tampa board to see what the latest reports say about them.

You may also want to checkout the massage parlor section. Generally 80/ house +tip for xtras. CFS is typically 160/ tip (so 240 jellybeans total). There can be some incredible Asian chicks if you pick the right place.
