There was a link on this site for Secure Tabs. They are descrete, you need no Rx, and they are pretty cheap. It take about a week to get them. I got the Levitra (Tedafil). Warning though ... cut them in half. All these pills mess with your sinuses. Cut Viagra into fourths ... just try it. You can always go to a bigger dose. Cutting the pills makes them last longer too.
I know you're serious, but that's some funny shit. Many years ago I tried Viagra "just for the fuck of it." Didn't need it but got curious when I visited an adult bookstore in Seoul and the owner's wife, a real hottie, had a special way of suggesting I try it. How could I refuse? Paid the equivalent of $10 per pill, didn't know if it was legit or what but tried. Sinus issues? LOL. My sinuses were so hammered I could barely breathe, my face was so beat red, my cheeks felt hot as fuck and yet I had no idea what I looked like until I finally got out of my car an hour later in a red light district, walked into a bar and saw a look of shock on several bargirls. A sexy bargirl told me I looked like a tomato, laughed her ass off, on and on. Luckily it was a hot summer night so I got away with telling everyone I was out jogging earlier. I ended up sitting at the bar with a small bag of ice on my face for an hour, cooled down somewhat, then left and then busted 3 nuts with two single girls and one duo in a P4P district. I could not get my dick to retreat for a ridiculous period of time and it got to the point that it was too hot and uncomfortable. Had a great time but my mistake was having taken a whole blue pill. I would suggest halves, not fourths. Fourths might be a little too tame but halves should be about right if a guy is in otherwise good health.
I didn't need it but was curious at the time, stupid and so I experimented. I also tried Levitra several years later and would prefer it if I were looking for an ED pill. Less of an assault on the sinuses and less of a red/hot face, yet about the same woodie function. Sorta like Viagra with less of an afterburner.
