The workers are becoming quite aggressive in tip expectations, from shoddy service too. I experience service where I was left with my back hurting, feeling worse than before, due to their poor massage. And the masseuse is expecting a sizeable tip. Like you say english magically improves once tip is brought up. LOL. I've also experienced them rush the massage ending it 20 minutes early and smiling like am innocent girl while asking for an unreasonable tip. LOL. But that's with poor service. No problem wanting more for good service (just like we tip food servers higher for good service) but they shouldn't assume something like $60 is the norm. There must be some guys who are going to these places and dropping high tips.

Not to start a long discussion, but for HJ I usually tip 40 or 50. I would need something more to go over 50.20 is pretty low for any place you plan on returning to.

It was "standard" $40 tip.

Stopped by BLDS, its still closed, the sign says that they are remodeling and will be open soon, but it looks clean inside, nothing have changed, no signs of construction work going on. My guess they have some problems / issues and looks like they won't be open soon.

20 is not a fair tip for L1 which I believe you got since you left very happy. At least 40 should be given for L1 and more if clothes come off or mutual touching is allowed. Unless you initiate usually tipping is not discussed before extras is rendered. So if you don't want to be surprised then you need to ask the therapist on what the tip she wants. If then 60 is demanded you would negotiate and more than likely she will except 40 which is the going rate.

Need to remember these girls get only a very small portion of that house fee so they depend on the tips.

I recently visited Karen for hour of Nuru. She has a great body and it is definitely body to body. Nuru can be a little slippery but I would say it was a fun experience. She operates out of an apartment and shares the unit with another girl that works there. The area is in wildwood but it's not too far from chesterfield. It is worth the try if you are into Nuru.
