It's just like everywhere else, you must review the reviewer & simply use what information is found as one more piece of the information puzzle that's being put together. In the end, every single one of is is taking a chance, hoping for the best, and wanting to get all the last client received (or said he received). Sometimes we do. Sometimes it's not even close. From what I've been told by a gal that I actually trust, having a TER review removed (was written by someone she never saw) was like an act of Congress.
