I think their hard ice cream is hand made. It's only open 4-8 due to the pandemic. They put a chain up across the entrance when closed so make sure you slow down before trying to turn in. I can't compare it to Dairy Twist because I haven't been there, but local reviews favored S&C.

Joseppi's has better than average pizza and subs. It's better than Massey's and has a small dining area as well.
