Most do not, seeing the bucket of bleach filled with rags is always a turn-off. End of the day at a lot of places you see the girls leaving with bags of towels to be cleaned elsewhere. Been a while (not since before covid) since I visited an establishment and tried out a couple of places:

Sorry all, I thought we weren't supposed to include actual addresses, which is why I didn't. But the person above is correct, it's in China town and that's the correct address. There's 2 Spas in the same building, same floor, and right next to each other. I'd only ever been the koi, but today ended up at the other one that is one door over when you get inside, and it was much better. The girl was a lot hotter, great massage, on the turn she encouraged touching without prompting, OTC for the bottom. UTC for the top. In my opinion though, you can't go wrong either way.
