I met one of the vice cops once and asked him if it was illegal to get a hand job at a AMP and he said technically it wasn't. I asked my lawyer buddy and he said the same thing. If sex is offered then it's illegal. Defining sex is hard. When I lived in NJ they defined sex as "any form of sexual gratification for money" but that also meant if you got a lap dance at a bachelor party and came in your pants that would be illegal. I'm done with AMPs and STG and even SA. It's too risky now. IMHO.

But for Youngkin and LE as a whole, they may either go after where the trade is more rampant or there are low hanging fruit. Will Henrico be a bigger target than F'Burg or Nova?

But we saw no increases of busts. But with this new order the sky is the limit. So always recon the area and use the big head.

I had a bolt out of the blue today; does anyone remember the brick rancher on Rockledge rd from about 8 or 9 years ago where a rotating group of white girls hosted?
