I am under the impression it is a friend, or former friend in this case, that had access to her phone. The number on the ad is either a burner or a using a burner app.
She was a little all over the place. I think her friend had access to her phone and switched either the email / sign in info for her account. I am not sure how escort Babylon actually works for the poster.
If I am being honest Emily was likely getting help and having someone else post her ads anyway, I don't even know if she knows where all they get posted.
