Not a scammer but a hustler?

I saw this girl a while ago. She visits her family over the holidays. She's not the hottest girl I've taken in to a restaurant, but she's one of a handful that everyone in the place turns to look at.
I'm not sure *exactly* what her game is, but she wants dinner and gifts and agrees to for a "real" date the next time we get together and when that time comes she wants to re-negotiate the terms. No thanks. I believe she would eventually reluctantly put out, but my bet is that her hustle is to increase the allowance amount as one becomes thirstier and thirstier. She becomes more demanding and more bossy and then negotiates for all of it up front so that she ends up fucking someone once for $3,600 or something like that before she flies home to South America.
Can't message for 24 hours
Anyone else get the "Can't message for 24 hours cause you sent too many messages too quickly" message?
I get it's to combat spammers, but damn LOL.
