You have a mix there, some look like they might be fake, (namely the first 2) some look like they might be legit (traveling) and a couple are girls I have seen reviewed (although not favorably) Also I wouldn't necessarily say not having a local location is an automatic fake ad, I have seen many traveling girls who put a generic location and use the same ad in every city they go to (uptown, my hotel, etc). Makes it kind of a pain weeding out the real ones from the fake but I tend to stay away form traveling girls anyway so it's not really an issue for me.

It is an old run-down dump that is falling apart. They don't have key cards. They are still using regular keys. I really don't think it is about the key. It is more about you causing trouble or stealing something.

It's better than paying twice as much for a real hotel. Many girls don't have a place to host and I sure don't want to get caught by LE while having fun in the car. It's not unreasonable of them to ask to hold your license the first few times you are there so you don't walk out with a tv etc. The wife is a bit of a ***** but she might say to not mess up both beds.
