If you are just going in with only knowing a name and not for sure what the girl looks like then you will get whoever is available and they will just tell you whatever name you ask for.

If they are not busy you can usually choose who you want. If they are busy then you get the next one up in rotation. I have also asked for a specific girl and waited in the office or in the break area until she was free.
