I've made a couple of calls since I self quarentined and bored. Only to find out that one was closing early last Wednesday and another was open asking what time I was coming. I didn't but wanted to. It was pretty easy to do and could be done administratively without that pesky search warrant and 4th Amendment stuff. Most AMPs I know about here and in other locations got their RAs licensed one way or the other.

Cop can't just come in and bust them just for not operating without license. Unless the bust them for illegal activity and can charge them without a license on top of the other charge. In lots of jurisdictions, it'a a lot easier to sue the local PD than it is to sue the local health department.

For starters, I'd suggest you take out a subscription to [URL]rubmaps.com[/URL] (advertised here on USASG). There is a wealth of information in the particular spa listings and in the forum. There is a "newbies" thread. If you can get past the occasional sarcasm and ridicule, there is a lot of good advice. I try to always remember that everyone on this board and on Rubmaps, including me, all had our "first time". Many of us are happy to make it easier for the next guy.
