A quick ask when negotiating is fair, but as you said, at least prior to the pandemic is was getting kind of bad.

The way I look at it I can get a massage at a standard massage place for 50-70 for an hour. I can get a blowjob on the street for 20-30. Heck in Columbus you can regularly get BBFS with some decent looking women for 30-50. So a handjob, and relaxing just another area of the body for 40 seems fair. There is a risk factor for them and many just get part of the hour fee and the tip so its understandable to a degree.
