I may have been overly harsh on that one.
But she is a hard case.
Never, not ever, a smile.
She's got a soft side, if you're lucky you might catch a glimmer of it.
But mostly it's money grabbing.

Has no respect or gratitude for what you may do for her.

Being enamored by looks I understand, but everything else you list speaks the opposite: Money grabbing, no smile, no respect, no gratitude, not trust worthy. Kind of a curious antithetical definition of 'nice'. Sounds like her body is nice LOL. But somehow, I wonder if she would meet the nice criteria if she was a plain jane.
As a thought experiment, imagine the same personality and character traits in a plain body. Now imagine this person is a co-worker or a person coming in for an interview. Still nice? I run this type of head check when my hormones override my common sense. But my favorite version is a step further, imagine you were reduced to the mind and personality, with no physical bodies to cloud the picture. Would you chose to spend time with this combination of mind and personality?
For my favorite girls, when I take away the unearned merit of natural beauty, the answer to that last question is still yes. Then I add the fact that they are fortunate to have physical beauty and it makes the combination irresistible.
