He could post pictures of himself handing her money while she was sucking his dick and holding a sign that said "he's paying me to suck his dick" and our least favorite uncles could not use it. That picture does not place her in danger and if she stops working or "lays low" because of it then it just proves she knows as much about the law as you do.
