I'm pretty sure Backpage automatically posts from the dates you give them and these were probably already in the system. None of these girls screened and Jen and Nina were not incredibly worried about being careful on the phone. All these girls do incall and outcall, and from what I understand they were caught doing outcall. In Jen's case, LE actually called a cab to pick her up and bring her to the hotel.
