Not saying that trafficking doesn't exist but I am fairly certain that it's a much lower number than LE admit to.
Or how about this. We make this a "for real" free country instead of a "pretend to be" free country and let adult human beings buy and sell whatever services people are willing to pay for.

There are countries in Europe that outrank the USA on almost every metric and don't treat prostitution as a crime.
