A worker being arrested for Aggravated Battery with a Weapon (in this case, a knife) doesn't qualify as: "any other non-violent crime"?
My intent was not to shame a SW, but to provide personal safety information to other mongers. If a worker has a history of violent crime, it would behoove us all for that information to be accessible.
