I lived in Miami (Opa Locka) for a while in the late 80's, back when it was still called "Dodge City". What a wild scene MIA was back then. I still have fond memories of cruising Biscayne with my friends and hanging out at Haulover beach. Anyway, Atlanta's scene is not what it used to be but FIB does have some action. Friday and Saturday nights are best but you can find the occasional SW during the afternoon but be careful about going into an of the hotels in that area. My advice is don't and don't let the girl chose the spot if this is our first time going with her. That said, LE is really laid back in the FIB area as it's not a residential area but use caution in other areas like Marietta, etc.

Dropped a friend off at airport and was curious about FIB around this time of day (7:30 am) so I decided, what the heck. Only saw one BSW leaving Fulton Inn in that area.
