So the way AllCare is set up is it's located in a medical services building and its entrance is on one end of the hallway and that opens up to parking lots on both sides of the hallway. So if you enter from the outer building through the door closer to AllCare, you would have seen cops and girls in hand cuffs (which you say were in the hallway) immediately from outside the building (since it has glass doors) and wouldn't have needed to enter to "pretend to go to the suite next door.
