Both Plex and Blade make excellent points. I am usually successful negotiating lower prices even with well established providers. If you've seen them before, they are more likely to negotiate if you weren't a dick-weed when you saw them in the past. If they block you, use a different number. I had the girl Lollipop in Apopka who was spooked by me on my first attempted visit her because first, I was too "clean looking" (her words for she thought I was LEO) when we first met and secondly, thought I was initiating a high-speed pursuit (I came across them by accident on the road later on) with her and her pimp. LOL. She blocked me. So a few days later, I changed cars, changed clothes and changed numbers and she saw me for the lower negotiated price. She never even realized it was the same guy and we had a very good time.
I usually ask for better rates on a Franklin or more provider. I have gotten 2 and even 3 Jacks off the price at times for longer visits. I offer QV pricing for HH or say how about QV pricing for a "long QV". I also will try to negotiate prices that are already low prices. It never hurts to ask. You just can't be an ass about it. I always blame my limited "mongering budget" or say the lower amount is all I have on me. Say it's a Quad Jack QV provider, I find if you say things like, I only have about $53 on me, will that work for you? WILL actually work at times. If they say no, then say a few minutes later that you just found another 10 in your car console, that works for probably 80% of them. Sometimes when it was a tough negotiation and to make them not think you are a jerk, I have even added a couple more dollars to the mix when I get there saying I found 3 more dollars in the car I will add to the price I am going to give you. They eat it up thinking you are giving your last dollar to them and did all you could. Don't get me wrong, I don't brow-beat them to the lower prices, I just have decent negotiation skills and also will use levity at times to help my cause. And no, saving $17 isn't going to make or break me but it's all part of the fun, plus every dollar saved is more to spread around to help more of our city's needy providers. LOL.

I hope I posted this in the right thread. Didn't see anything else that fit, so here goes.
Can you gentlemen provide any resources or reviews for providers who may be new to the States? Specifically from Eastern Europe (think Russia, Czech, German, etc). I'm looking for that accent and of course the beauty they can be known for, not a behemoth that fights Brown Bears for fun.
