There's only one real answer: Ditch BackPage and CraigsList. Save up your $$ and go for the ladies on Eros and P411. They charge more, but you get what you pay for. The higher-priced ladies tend to reply to texts and emails and actually show up for appointments. Since I gave up BP, I haven't spend another minute in a hotel parking lot with my phone in one hand and my dick in the other. Cost is offset somewhat by the bundle I've saved on gas and boner pills!

The truth we are up against is that these ladies (a) have their phones blowing up all the time and (b) have in tedibky irregukar sleep / wake patterns. They will stay up for days and then nod out and be gone for hours. One favorite is prone to nodding no out any time, so I often get her on the phone well before arrival and keep her talking til I get there. Also, when they stop responding to texts, try a few phone cells- sometimes that will wake them up. Final words of wisdom are to have a thick skin, have backup plans whenever possible, and just be persistent without being a pest. And, I think it helps to be friendly when making initial contact. I've seen more than one just delete messages that were sleazee and disrespectful. "Will you do 30 min of BB Greek for $40" is something I have seen deleted immediately on more than one occasion.
