Just having this type of "challenge" won't make Kensington any better.

I can't speak for everyone, but three in one trip is a bit of a stretch for most people. I see a lot of mongers with disabled plates driving around so I'm also guessing their cocks are also disabled. I'd guess around half the SW transactions on the ave are BJ only.
