Over is ok but 45 min she need to tell them time is up. If its the same people doing it she should tell them.

At the beging that she has other appointments an 30 is 30 min. If they want longer pay for the hour. Its a business.

Anyone trying to stretch 30 minutes into 45 or 60 should be shut down (unless the provider wants to extend). It's a game some play. Any service business that bills in increments of time or has a pay by the drink business model should expect clients to honor the terms and remind them (politely) when they don't.

Twofold here Gentelmen. First your "girl" sounds like a "high volume" provider! Just saying. Now was the girl ready on time, for the first appointment. ? Second, time starts when the "panties drop" in my mind. I paid for 30 min or an hour. I want the girl naked for time paid. So say an extra 10 min or so maybe 15 (total) to get dressed and undressed.

She should take a shower, freshen up, brush teeth. Did she give good directions in advance to number 2 guy. Was he a couple minutes late.

What's not fine is holding us outside waiting for more then 5 min or so, and / or getting us in the door and spending 15 min 'on the clock' getting ready, etc. Boom, we're down 15-20 min of a 30 min meet. Enjoying a session and going over a bit happens, so does being late. That's why 30+ min between calls and good comms are essential. Dunno who your gal is but a good communicator that enjoys what they do is worth their weight. If you're routinely going 15 min over, maybe consider adding a little extra to the donation.
