Is this area comes under pine hills. If yes, then there was a deputy involved in shooting. If not, might be related to DBs.

I think this is different from the shooting in Pine Hills, this was on the Trail of Dreams at the Trailer Park near 17th on OBT. There weren't any indicators of a deputy shooting, this appeared that it was an event of masquerades and surprise visits. There were what appeared to be a lot of high fives and D**K sucking between the group when it was all over, then they all went for donuts.
