These girls resort to walking the streets vs. Advertising for a reason. They can't get that portion of their brains (responsible comms) or their priorities to work right to do much more than walk when they need candy. The fact that it was already pointed out that she can't keep a phone, changes numbers continually and is a SW should be enough to have the lowest of expectations to convert them to be "Managed" by a Pimp-Quasi.
Thinking that a SW can be relied upon (generally) to be responsive to a text is about as insane as trying to push off a SW as UTR on the Forum.

Bianca was out today on 23rd (one block) over a 3-hour period from 1 pm to 4 pm as I passed back and forth conducting some business. She was there every time I passed. I also saw 7 or 8 others in that same area including, Sherry B, Sharday, a 60+ Club Member, Autumn (appeared to be), Tattoo face Alexis and at least two more I didn't know their names.
Bianca was literally trying to wave me down as if I was tossing Mardi Gras Beads from my vehicle. Trying to "Phone her Down" is a waste of time when they are just out there all the time.
Also, for what it's worth, she was looking really, really Rough today. I like Bianca as a person and have seen her for several years, but today would have been a definite "pass" for me.

Well I was in luck today. On the way home and I saw the famous Christina by Starbucks. I did have an headache so I did a you turn and picked her up. Good timing cause it was about to rain. Look through the posts and there are pics of Bianca to be found. The first ones I saw in the results show 2 pics, One before her accident, and then one right after the accident but before she fully healed.
