Your best bet would be to find a room at one of the hotels on Roosevelt Blvd, its not that far of a drive from Kensington.

I have never known Jenna to give anyone a problem other than the focusing issue. That in itself is easy enough to deal with. She's pretty loose personality-wise. Very laid back. Sometimes you might find a rare gem but most of the time, you get turds.

You're spot on and I don't even go that far in terms of service to see what you did on the street. On the ave everyone is rail thin, sickly and homeless.
