Massage Parlor Reports

This place is exact copy of family spa centers in Korea. It's 24 hour open. Cost $ 35.00 per 24 hour. Sometimes they offer coupons, or holiday discounts. There is pool area separate for men and women. In there you can shower, shave, brush teeth, bathe in pools with various temperatures and body jets, get body scrub and massage done by asian male. After that you get dressed in shorts and shirt provided at the entrance counter and go to the big room, where all, men women and children gather together. There are I think about 7 smaller rooms with different temperatures, where you can lay down and sweat. There is also restaurant, small room for children to play, exercise room, bunch of TVs with sports and korean soap opera. On one side of this big room there is door with "men only" sign, go up the stairs, you get to smoking and sleep rooms. On the other sideof big room, go up the stairs, that's where you get haircut, foot massage, half or full body massage. Further down the hall on that level is "women area only".
I've tried full massage couple of times, its done by women, same price as AMP, she told me to remove shirt, but leave trunks on. There is window in the door and she left door cracked and there are people constantly in hallway. Real massage, not like push here, push there you get at AMP.
Great place to relax. Our ladies like to go there when on vacation, or workday is finished. I've been there with couple of them and I've met few mamasans too. Usualy late at night. I hope this answered questions about this place.

Spa World is what's called a 'jim jil bang', a family sauna or bathhouse. I go there frequently when I'm in the area; you won't get any extras there. But its a great place to relax for several hours.

There's another one of these in Flushing in NY with a similar name, I think its called spa world as well, not sure if they are related, but also a legit business.

Havent been back there since Cherry left. Hasn't been worth it.

Went to Eliven today. The mamasan presented me a Thai girl named May. May told me she was working there part time through the holidays and normally works out of her home in Tysons Corner. The table shower, massage, and ending were typical for NOVA. However, she suggested numerous times that I come to her house the next time. Do any of you know May? Have you ever been to her home? If you go for the oil massage, $ instead of .8, they give you some loose fitting boxers to change into. The oil massage is also a little more thorough, reaching areas not accessible with the standard issue shorts. Conversation can be difficult unless you speak Korean. However, even with my limited skills, the conversation can get a little flirty. Holding out hope for more complete tension release, but until then enjoying excellent massages.

BTW, this place is also an excellent alternative to a hotel. For the entry fee you can stay for 24 hours before they charge another fee. So if you just need a place for the night, it's great to clean up, relax, have a nice meal and get some quiet sleep upstairs. However, if sleeping on a thin pad on a heated floor in a dark dark dark room full of other men isn't your thing, maybe a hotel would be better for you.

I think the one "near" the Rosslyn Metro is nowhere near. In fact, if I am correct, it's a place in S. Arlington that I reviewed over the summer.

Tried for first time last week.

Several guys hanging around the front door made approaching very uncomfortable. Had to wait until only two were left standing out front and I went ahead in.

Taxi cab office and cleaning service in the office complex creates quite a lot of traffic.

Met my mamason and led upstairs to small room. At least one other room plus sauna and TS area on second floor.

Korean/Hispanic lady steps in and introduces herself as Lana or something like that. Mid to late 30s, semi-attractive, 36 aftermarkets and decent figure.

TS was sufficient, massage ok, finish acceptable, standard fare and pleasant departure.

Not much to write home about, might try again in a pinch.

I had not seen independent confirmation of the recent rumored raids; I did not want to believe that they had actually happened, and I was disappointed to see proof that the rumors were really true. But then I realized that the story was posted 9 months ago - if you look at the byline it will tell you when it was written. So this story does not exactly prove the alleged raids of December '09. We still have no evidence of that, thankfully.

I went for a Christmas visit to see one of my favorite massage-friends (Sarah). I rarely go to any AMP without calling first. So, some of the following is my fault (I was just a walk-in).

Have been a regular client at *** (an AMP conveient to anyone on the Shirley Highway corridor), I knew I would be welcomed whether or not I had an appointment.

I rang the bell and Judy answered the door. I had not met Judy before, Sarah (who is also the current MMS) has been my usual provider for most of three years.

Judy asked if I had called, then took me to the room across from the shower-room. It seemed obvious that Judy was alone. I was not heart-broken, just a little disappointed that Sarah was not available.

Judy took the house fee and left while I disrobed an laid on the table. She returned shortly and gave me a nice massage. She has strong hands/arms and good technique.

Then I heard voices in a language I only speak a few words of. And she left and came back. Shortly after that the door-bell sounded. And it became evident to me one of Judy's usual clients had arrived.

Nothing bad happened. But it was hardly the treatment I expected as a long-time customer of ***. Taps to flip-over, a very rushed ending. A hot towel, and then as I am laying down, I feel my sox being rolled up my feet and "done, you go now". and not much more than half-the contracted/requested time had passed.

Judy is nice. But I won't repeat. About 5'2", maybe 120#, fair of face, not-uncommon stocky but appropriately round shape of many I have met. I think she might even be pleasant. But, like the Grinch, she stole my good feeling and good mood by seriously shortchanging me on time.

Found myself in DC today and visited Angie and friends. Although first time there, I received my socks after I presented my gift. Angie's and Ruby's enthusiasm were wonderful.

Received one of the better TS that I've had in awhile. Lots of hot towels to start the massage and a very nice finish. Actually went over the hour and I had a great time. Will definitely go back next time in town and could be my ATF if I could visit more often.

I had my first AMP this evening and it was a pleasent one. All the information here was dot on. Although there were some slight variations in what I expected but it went okay. At first I wasn't sure where the session was headed but eventually I got the picture.

I was greeted at the door with warm welcomes by an old lady (I think I've seen everybody reference her as M.). She took me to a room and said somebody will be in shortly.

To my delight, a beautiful mid to late 20's female came in and greeted me. We headed off to the TS and began the session. Anyway, we went back to the room and she gave a really good massage. I was shocked at how good it was. I've been to high-end commericalized spa's before and they were okay but this girl was wonderful!

Anyway it ended "normal" which I assume is what people have been referencing as the "NoVA finish".

During the session I was talking to her about random things, trying to get a feel for her but I don't think she understood some of the things I was saying so I was like, ehhh let's play it by ear and see what happens. All in all, I left satisfied though I did leave a hefty tip considering I knew the standards from this forum (unless I'm reading wrong) but I couldn't resist my nature. Heck, I've dropped 20 $. 's on some nights out just eating and drinking! I guess long nights of endless work gives me too much of an arsenal to play with.

I'm a firm believer only I live in my skin. I usually take good care of my providers as well. This brings a lot of benefits later down the road. I understand some people are on a budget but don't jump on someone's ass for doing what they think is right!

She will serve your cheap ass the same as she always as for the same .4 that you always give her. Meanwhile under her breath she will be thankful for the decent people. I now some of you will say it's a waste of money, drive the prices higher, bla, bla, bla.........
Some of us don't mind being nice, and that's all it is.

It may have been a little much but only you know so for now on just keep what you spend to yourself.

Forgive me Mr. Very Senior Member, but it is a completely classless move to come on here and insult the vast majority of people by calling them "cheap" and imply that they are less than decent people for tipping AMP girls the exact amount that is established throughout the area. You may be a big spender, but that doesn't give you the right to insult everyone else for paying the normal amount.

The AMP business is just like any other tip-based service. There are established tipping guidelines for every such industry, and the established amount should get you courteous service every time. I doubt that under their breath the providers are cursing at us for giving them no more, but no less than, what they expect. Just like you wouldn't expect your waiter to spit in your water for tipping him the standard 20%, you wouldn't expect AMP technicians to give less than an honest effort for their standard. 4 tip. Would waiters be thankful for the Hollywood types that come in and tip them out a thousand dollars each? Sure. But they wouldn't be looking down their noses at the normal folks who expect courteous service at the 20% rate. And just because there are lavish folks out there who will be more than generous with their servers doesn't mean that the rest of us are not decent people. Money doesn't grow on trees for some of us.

You may be getting better treatment than the rest of us, and it's up to every man to decide for himself what kind of bang he wants for his buck. If you think you can justify spending this kind of money by saying that you are getting better service than the rest of us, I would have to say that I cannot imagine what a standard AMP girl could possibly do in an hour to earn Smart Phone's kind of generosity. But I will never drop that kind of cash at an AMP so I guess I'll never know. From having RTFF I can tell you some of the places where I would go if I had that kind of money to spend, but it is for damn sure that it wouldn't be an AMP. I would sooner consider saving up and calling Eliot Spitzer for recommendations.

If you say that you think the tip amounts are unreasonably low, I would respond by saying that their sufficiency can be shown by comparing them to the hourly rate the massage parlors set (a 50% tip on the hour) or the cost of other services freely priced by independent providers (a total of $. 2 for NoVa service versus an average of $$ for full service charged by comparable providers). Prices have no significance in a vacuum; they only make sense in relativity. The standard treatment that we get at AMPs falls somewhere in between full service and a purely therapeutic massage, and it would make sense for its total cost to fall somewhere between the cost of those benchmarks. I think that the. 4 tip achieves this outcome quite well.

Finally, I can imagine that you might enjoy the look on the face of your provider when you surprise her with a hefty tip. I can understand that sentiment and I would admire you for it, but unfortunately I cannot afford to do the same. I would hope that everyone concerned (viz. The providers and the big tippers) would recognize that this particular pleasure is a function of your generosity and how well off you are financially, and STOP INSULTING or looking down on those who cannot afford to partake in the same.

For all the other folks, I wouldn't worry about this guy screwing things up for the rest of us. If I were a waiter and someone dropped a wad of cash on me for a tip, that wouldn't cause me to expect every diner who walked through the door to do the same, or even for them to increase their tips by a little bit. I am sure she realizes that this was an extraordinary event, and the fact that his tip was so outlandishly large would only help her see that.

This was his first experience, he knew what to expect and what to tip and felt it was worth the $$$. I don't think this will suddenly cause the prices to go up. I don't think his provider will suddenly think her services are worth more because of this and raise her prices. Granted, this was WAY above what is typical for the services he received, but, it's his money.

's on some nights out just eating and drinking! I guess long nights of endless work gives me too much of an arsenal to play with.

The only drawback is I may have upped her standards and made it worse for everybody else or I may have just made a good impression for my next visit. She was shocked at the donation and said she didn't do anything and started to cry a little. Tears of joy of course! She had a big smile after I gave her a hug and said not to worry, its all good.

One of these members I've had issues with his pricing before. So if you take the time to read what I have written you might see that this was directed at a particular individual. Now that you have jumped into this shooting match it must've struck a nerve hence possibly saying something of your personality! I've always been told "if it doesn't apply let it fly"

If you stay around someplace long enough you get to know individuals "owners, managers even workers" talking with some of them they will tell you it's hard to get good young talent in this area unlike in 2005 when the price was $.6 for FS in Northern Virginia now we get a HJ from some 40 or 50-year-old woman. Why do you think the waitress/waiter goes from Outback steak house to Ruth's Chris steak house. I could give you thousands of examples the bottom line is $$$$$$ there is young girls in many other cities across the country because of the $$$$$$ yes I`m drawing SIX-$ signs they're looking to make $100,000 a year. Trust me they will get it if not here somewhere else

Gentlemen,

As I approach my fourth year in this hobby, allow me to make a few observations. I find it ironic many of us are so upset over an isolated overtipping incident, but a recent TMI report alluding to a DC finish in NOVA that gave 5 names and location drew only a few polite rebukes. I've never heard of a place being raided for accepting a generous tip from a smitten client. I invite Smartphone to remain with us as that was a decent report. With big tips and a good attitude he will be handed phone numbers and may find out how crazy things can get when you see them outside the AMP.

I try to partake 4-5 times a month, but have been busy lately "shootin' at some food". One thing I can say for sure is you can rarely predict how things are going to go. Case in point Christmas eve I went where I have come to expect a good TS, massage and a geriatric Nova finish only to have the door answered by a former ATF young spinner who had left the area last year. She was as happy to see me as I was her, which resulted in a great early XXX-mas treat for me and a great tip for her. I'm glad I was outfitted for the experience though I wasn't expecting anything when I rang the bell. In closing, LE is active and the gals are nervous. Some of these places seem to bring it on themselves but we can't control that. Once something is said there is little control over who sees or hears it.

Went to G for a real massage and of course they deliver wonderfully. staying for 90 minutes. No teasing but it a wonderful massage. So I was then in the mood and jumped to Honto for 30 mins. Lady was old and started to massage. Said she could not move to get on the back so I asked for someone else. Tina comes in. Bad massage, talked to much, no roaming but got what I needed. Gave a normal tip. Of course no TS there and much better places anywhere else besides herndon.

Well, it has been a very long time sine I went to an AMP (economy and all). But it was Christmas day and I wanted to treatyself. 10:05 p. M and I rang the bell at King Therapy, mamasan answered but told me they were closed for the day. Went onto Nobleless on Rt. 7 but the OPEN sign was not lit. Arghhh! So, off the Green Therapy. Got there at 10: 15 and taken to the room by a tall and slender big titty providor. Alas, she was not my masseur. I gave her 1. 0 but did not ask for a time limit. Holly returns with. 2 and I said: "1 hr"? She said yes. Nice body, good b's if not c's, real, nice kitty and nice butt.

Little rough with the elbows during the back massage (had to ask her 2 times to lighten up). But I'm a simp when it cones to pain so it may not be that hard for everyone else. On the flip, she was a little rough with the neck massage.

For the finish: birthday suit galore (nice touch). Wide range of free roaming. Good kittty but no dining at the YMCA. Overall, very very nice. Took my. 2 off the table and gave her a. 5 She looked surprised/disappointed that I did not give her the. 2 too. Although, maybe the look was because she thought I was ONLY handing her the. 2 that was the change from the table. I would return.

Although, I only got 45 or 50 mins.

I was the first customer of the day, but others began coming in lot long after I got there. It was quite busy by the time I left.

Once inside, Mama was quite assertive at getting me back to a room. A girl came in, quite attractive and took me to the TS. It was very thorough and she used lots of soap. Back to the room for a descent medium massage. The NOVA ending came in the middle, right after the flip, then the massage continued on the front.

The NOVA was pretty mechanical and not as good as I've had at other spas. After I tipped her .6 she wanted more. No way am I going back there.
