Jackson is a gem compared to Toledo. I've been to every place in Jackson. Mickey, Hannah, Ginger. Most are great but Tokyo is a hidden gem. The location is great, personally. However, this is the first positive review I have read regarding Tokyo, did something change? I've heard more negative at other times. Isn't the parking there somewhat sketchy as well since it shares a lot with store next door?
