I, for one, am pretty grateful of this site, even with whatever limitations it may entail. If you don't get an answer, just TOFTT; it won't kill you. There's plenty extra to be learned when mongering around these spots. I always encounter someone new each time (hence all the reports). Anyways, bottom line is just be appreciative for what you get, not critical for what you don't get. I will say that if you put in the time (and $) , more information is readily available either by personal experience or from fellow members who know your good for it.

There is about a few dozen senior mongers here in So Cal, and you guys normally do not help or respond to inboxes to newbies like me. I'm sure many lurkers know this and all they do is scour for tips but do not share. So there is alot of potential info not being shared because of openess in this forum.
I want to try and contribute and hopefully meet mongers that will give some tips. I only know one monger who consistently responds to me. That is why I'm frustrated. But oh well, that is how this community is. And probably didn't even have to point it out by responding.

We've all been there, guy. Don't fret so much about it. We live in a world when immediate gratification is so easy and in-demand. Try to take a step back and just enjoy the ride. This site along with the female providers will still be here tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, and even next decade. And not just the general education about getting planted on this site, but the philosophical comments about approaching this hobby with calmness and balance.
I would have responded to a couple of Scan's questions but I didn't like the attitude. Hell, I saw the bitchy post before I saw the original report and questions. Like we're all here providing a 24/7 customer service chat.
So since you guys came in and said what had to be said, now I feel OK with answering a couple of Scan's questions.
1. Yahoo Group DVCOICrew is the kind of list you stated an interest in. There isn't much in the way of pics of the dancers, but there is a dancer database that endeavors to combine detailed intel on each dancer. Many present dancers missing from the list because the cast changes frequently and it takes time and work to keep up the database, but it is useful. Also 20 or so new posts each day mainly about this one club and a larger base of DV fanatics than you find here to answer questions. Posts include club manager and DJ posting roll calls advising which dancers are in the house. You can lurk the messages without joining the group. You need to join if you want to post or have access to the database and other special files.
2. I'll take a guess that the asian "butterface" you're trying to ID may be "Pandora". She worked at DV in NoHo for many years and her aging is very visible in DVCOI where the lighting is brighter than most clubs. She's really thin, has mid-length to long thin straight black hair. Her face was interesting in a good way when she was young at NoHo, but not so great now. To me she looks like she's pushing 40 but maybe she's still in her mid-30's or so. But attitude and service go a long way, and she comes up big in those departments. That is by reputation not personal experience. I have had some good sit downs with her and she's a great conversationalist and represents that she's as game as you can handle in dances. She's very open talking about what she's about and no bullshit from her. She wasn't known for high mileage at NoHo which is a lower mileage club to begin with, but experience apparently has her on the program now at DVCOI.
Emme is a very hot asian dancer with huge fake rack who I included in a recent TR (though I had forgotten her precise dancer name when I posted). She's a serious winner. That from personal experience and reputation. She's no butterface though. IMO her face is her best asset along with her service. Unfortunately she seems to work for a week or two at a time before going off on long hiatuses. She comes in to the club when she needs a cash infusion. So I saw her about a month ago but she's MIA right now. If she works, you'll see her listed on the DVCOICrew roll calls.

As much priviledged information we would love to have, it's essential that we give before we can receive. And while this site is geared in favor of the monger, I'm sure any one of us would still feel awful if we tipped off the wrong person on a special lead.
I think this site works best when you take in the details a little at a time. Over the course of several months rather than trying to get everything all at once. Simply by clicking on the local cities that are most prevalent to you, you will start to see trends and behavior patterns. Whether it be specific dancers at a strip club, streetwalkers smiling at passing cars, or LE's movement to intervene and sting the operation.
