I have a personal problem with people who can't seem to be courthouses. I don't mean back over backwards and kiss ass, I mean say thank you and do what you say you will do. To be more specific, when you make a date with a provider or the provider makes a date with you, then don't go silent. If you have to cancel then cancel, but don't just not show or go dark. This is a real problem in this hobby and I ask each of you to take a minute and do the right think when you can't make an appointment.

Where is this same energy when countless adds say this about blacks?
