Ended up at Osaka after the usual frustrating day.

Leave the tip on an adjacent table where they can clearly see. Tip amount I put the minimum I think is fair and if she asks, we can negotiate. Depends who I'm with in terms of roaming. Sometimes they purposely move my hand to touch them. Othertimes they won't say or do anything until the flip.
