I don't know if this is where I should be asking this in the forum but I'm newer to the hobby and have been careful with being covered for almost everything. However I have had a couple BBBJs. After moving them around throughout the day the swelling went down and I could move them but still in pain. My knees were hurting where it hurt to walk.
