The site knows they are essential to its business model, bait for our subscription $. And as tempting as it is to report profiles like this, resist the temptation. I got a demand to Venmo $ to a girl when I asked to see her private photos. I reported her for this. And the results was that *I* got suspended for a TOS violation, soliciting $ for sex. WTF! I had to watch a video for 2 min and answer a bunch of questions. And I was put on notice that a future violation would cause my profile to be banned.

This is ridiculous, I sent a message to CS asking to appeal this, they have never gotten back to me.

If someone has this in their SOP, just ban them and move on. There is no upside to engaging them in any way, and you take a big risk.
