As far as what is a true UTR (the Forum dosen't really have categories) is a woman that is not nor has had any advertising or walking. You can set an imaginary reasonable time frame here as how long ago either happened if they have. That UTR woman is (usually) a civi by trade (not an advertiser) looking to enhance their income or just enjoys sex by seeing select people that only see friends of friends. With the Thread here vague to the definition and people's definition of what is a UTR differing widely, there's no right or wrong answer. I will say this though, a girl that JUST stopped advertising, walking or just returned from out of town is probably not a good UTR candidate as their mentality is not that of a true civi UTR. I briefly mentioned that in my post about their mentality is different. If a TRUE UTR isn't getting clients, they 99% of the time will NOT begin advertising or walking as the former would do the minute the rig is empty or Uncle Richie's pocket's aren't flowing the cabbage. That to me are the two sides of the fence in defining a UTR. Your opinions may differ but since I generally stay away from UTRs because most are on the Advertiser / SW side of the fence, I would rather just get them from there for less bucks and not have to ask for digits.

You'll realize that I only hate it when someone misspells it if they have many "reports", likes to argue over stupid shit, then call people childish names because they can't support their stance with facts and finally (and most importantly) has anywhere from zero to a MERE handful (less than 10) of real Reviews.
