I feel like they are probably not banging the girls because the strippers will feel awkward for messing around with their coworkers that they have to deal with everyday.

I think at Wax that may go on. I'm not sure about Vivide. Probably not at TT, PP, or Oasis which seem to be trying to be upscale and compliant. For me personally the girls I've gotten to know seem to keep their business inside the club, but I have heard stories where some girls are available OTC.

Not sure why it's crossing your mind, unless you're considering the work for yourself. LOL!
My thouights is, more likely no than yes. I'm sure there are some exceptions, but I would think it would be a lot of issues, because it's not going to stay discreet. Someone will find out about it, either another security dude, another dancer, a manager, somebody. Which means some situation will arise where it will blow up.
So if you're actually trying to hold on to the job for a minute, I would say those types aren't banging dancers. If you're someone that doesn't care one way or the other, than those types are most likely banging away, though not likely working at that club for long.
And yeah, I'm sure they wouldn't be paying top dollar. That's doing something for him and I'm sure she would expect some type of favor in return.

No. On the clock yes. I've seen it happen at Follies and Platinum. Normally during a shift change and later at nights 1 am or later. I've seen floor managers and even the valet attendants do VIP and heard about security fucking dancers in the back of the club. Haven't heard many stories about it happening off the clock though.

I highly doubt it happens on the clock and if it does, its probably as some type of penalty or tax. If the staff were paying on the clock just like the customers, that would give the dancers way too much power to be insubordinate. Doesn't really happen.

I dated a dancer who I met at Follies. And once we started dating, she didn't feel comfortable with me being in the club while she was "working" and also didn't want dancers trying to get me in VIP LOL.
There's too much risk of the guy OR dancer catching feelings and at that point, either one is likely to have a problem when your girl or dude is back in VIP with somebody.
But, as always, just my 2 cents.

Hell, one of the strippers I know from gold rush got pregnant by one of the security guys, LOL.
To get us back on topic. I checked out pinups and ran into two dancers from Miami running from the storm. They both stated they'd be here for a couple weeks. Slim and pretty. Anyone else ran into a few? I'm definitely going to hit Wax this weekend to see if some show up there being that it doesn't require a permit.
I noticed same, last Sat there where 2 new pretty white girls & 1 told me she was from Florida. It's a holiday weekend so I'm guessing they don't want to miss big earnings, with Tampa being hit, Miami being competitive and less travel to Florida right now its not surprising if new, top talent comes up. V also doesn't need permit, I'm curious if they get FL girls so Ill try to make it Fri & Sat.
Does anyone know if TT Sat afternoons has good talent that are cheaper or more mileage than night? I've only been nights. Since TT girls favors the regulars that I can't outspend, it may be worthwhile if they have short term FL girls that aren't already reserved.

It couldn't fucking believe it and it wasn't like he was going to be there, but whatever floats his boat I guess. It was then that I decided I was in the wrong club with the amount of cash in my account.
As I may have mentioned previously, I've dated a few dancers.
I can tell you with absolute certainty that 90% of security and any male employee (cook, barback, DJ, bathroom man) of a strip club is, in fact, fucking at least one dancer.
Fact 1 about security. These are just big dudes who are moonlighting until they can find a stable job. Security has far more turnover than the dancers.
Fact 2 about security, most of them don't make more than $100 a shift without tips from the girls. In fact, most security have an agreement with at least one girl regarding interactions with customers over disputes. Please believe, if you have a dispute with a girl, and she goes to ge5 security, she's getting someone she has an agreement with and it's in his best interest to get you to come off some bread because she will split it with him.
Lastly, a good amount of dancers arrive and leave with strippers. Stripping is dangerous. Girls feel far more comfortable with arriving and leaving from work with a big dude. These are people who, especially on Fri & Sat night, didn't get to go out so they are definitely drinking, smoking, and fucking after work.
Strip clubs don't for real have a formal code of ethics. You should assume that any male working at a strip club is fucking at least one dancer and probably a couple. These jobs don't pay enough from them to distinguish from bouncing at a strip club vs a regular bar. The easy access to bad bitches is a fringe benefit.

Dudes say anything to impress a stripper and get in their pants. "Oh I'll tell her I have a condo in Maui she can stay in, she'll give me her phone number for sure, then I'll setup OTC and smash and never see her again" then drive away in their old ass Kia.
The type of guy with a condo in Maui isn't the type of guy to need to talk about it to a stripper in the club. He doesn't need to. He can just pay whatever he wants to fuck her / get OTC and leave. And the smarter / more experienced girls know this.

But you wouldn't know from looking at him, just normal. He had 2 of their best high roller girls hugging on him the whole night, he didn't have to flash any wads of cash. Made sense to me why they don't get excited about $100 of floor dances. I appreciate TT's polarity vs Vivide, but the return their is low unless you splurge so I save it maybe every 3-4 months.

If he's a regular at TT I'm assuming he has a decent amount of money based on these reviews mentioning how TT dancers focus on regulars. The real thing the dancer should consider if he'd try to come while she visits there, or if he has cameras all over the place and being 5,000 miles away from home at a guy's place you met at the club is risky. Also paying an escort is like masturbating, sure it is quick and easy but sometimes you want something more challenging or to be able to use your tools to get it for "free".
Kind of thinking about it though you could probably pull it off these days by just booking her a AirBNB and saying it is your vacation home.

I did meet a real cool regular high roller at TT. I told him what I spent in VIP (300) and he gave me the low down. He said you need to be willing to spend 1 k to get the full menu in VIP there which is insane to me, but I guess some dudes have money to burn.
