Was it a OneVanilla Visa? You might try a OneVanilla MasterCard. The former hasn't worked on AFF in ages. The latter has. It might be more of a Visa issue than a OneVanilla issue.

If the Mastercard doesn't work, you're left with pay by mail. Don't try and create a Paypal account funded by a debit card under an assumed name. They'll freeze your account and keep the funds. They won't release it unless you can show docs in the assumed name.

You can usually spot them because they don't mention a specific doctor (s) standing behind the clinic on their website, they just have some sketchy "ghost doctor" writing the scripts.

These clinics with their own lab for the bloodwork bother me, because they're all working together to come back with the results that benefit them (I. E. So they can sell you expensive T therapy). Now if you really have Low-T then no doubt the treatments will make a difference, problem is they have crazy profit margins on these things like the pellets or injections. Even the cream, supposedly name brand is hundreds per month.

If I were you I'd try to look into it as much as you can with a doctor you already trust or someone he refers you to. I had my doc do bloodwork on me, and I actually have T levels that would be very high even if I were half my age, and it can be for no other reason than regular exercise. My T levels would have to be less than 1/3rd what they are for me to be medically classified as low-T. As kind of an experiment I asked him to prescribe me the cream (custom compounded by a small pharmacy) and it was about $40 for what would normally be a 1 month supply. I do think it makes me shoot a slightly thicker load but I was already a high volume guy anyway. I stopped using it (never had any intention of doing it long term) because if you start at full dose and keep doing it, it removes your ability to make T naturally and your balls shrink, I was using much less than a full dose. Yes if I actually had Low-T I might consider staying on it, it just depends. No matter what though if you use it you will crash hard when you stop and I don't want to be dependent on anything other than regular gym visits.

I really think the value of exercise among SDs is highly underestimated. It not only makes your dick hard, but it makes you fuck the SBs like you're 20 years old again. I don't even bother to post some of the feedback I get from girls here because it would just sound like I'm bragging. The best advice I can give any SD is to get to the gym. If, with regular long term exercise you still have low T, then and only then would I consider TRT.

It was helpful. When I asked my doc about low T last year when I went to see about switching from Viagra to Cialis, he just said I didn't have enough symptoms to worry about low T.

Now that you mention it I didn't have any problem when I was kayaking and bike riding a lot. Working two jobs put an end to having time for that. Maybe I should get back to working out as you say. Side effects of a treatment program don't sound good.

Regular Docs do not know the hormone replacement business and certainly not the erection correction other than to dole out Vit V. Specialty clinics actually know a lot more about the options. Here's what they can do about erection correction ,1) give ED drugs like Viag, Cialis, etc 2) replace Testosterone 3) supplement other Rxs to prevent T conversion to Estrogen and cause testicular shrinkage, and most important -prescribe penile injection Rx if all else fails. This has been amazing for me. Even though Vit V works it has a fairly short duration of action and is susceptible to anxiety, diet, alcohol intake, etc. Painless (teeny needle) autoinjectors inject a protaglandin into the corpus of the shaft and achieves a 3 hour rock hard erection that will last no matter what. The down side is that if you want a quickie and have to get home to the SO for dinner you will go with a boner until it wears off. The upside is -you can go through your entire black book on one injection, and thrill your SB / Ho with your power skills. I can do my taxes and paint the garage with a boner for 3 hours. A side benefit of a tense boner for so long is that it slowly stretches your unit and it will grow with prolonged use. I am very thick as a result of long term use. So far have not gotten any length expansion sadly.
