Haven't been to the Trail in a bit so decided to take a little detour after work and cruised the mall area.
Spotted a WSW,'tall-ish' spinner with black hair by the MTech / Wawa She was wearing a shimmery skirt and a black top. Based on the recent uncle activity I didn't approach, but she sure was getting some attention. Anybody familiar with her?

Even with it being 'on tape' and guys saying way too much, they have been dropping a lot of the cases where the defendant pleads not guilty. Even if they don't drop it, you will get a better plea offer down the line as they don't want this going all the way to trial. And finally, if you do get caught up in a sting and are detained, do not say anything else, they are not your friend, and you are not going to talk them out of arresting you. Be careful and stay safe![/QUOTE]I see it being done so many times at here in Miami I've seen the John right at the Main Street unity (27th street) by the car dealers talking to the SW having a fucking convo holding up traffic cause they not even pulled off the road to the side with not a care in the world. Fucking talking to them for about 5 to 10 minutes to not even pick them up. Which causes complaints from the neighborhood cause you are bringing more attention. It so fucking annoy.
Seen some so brazen as to hood up all traffic on a busy street to pick one up at a bus stop.
These are the fucktards that ruin shit for everyone.

To give you an idea of how crooked these jackasses are, I had one friend that got busted in a sting on Rio Grand and he actually whipped it out and let her put it in her mouth. I didn't really believe her at first, but I took her to her lawyer and she told him the same thing. It got dropped, so hmmmm. Another friend got busted in an online sting in Lake County. SMH on this one. She walks into a house in a gated subdivision. On the the coffee table there is several bottles of liquor and what she said looked like powdered coke. He asked her if she "wanted to do a line" and she said no. He gave her the money and two deputies came from a back room and arrested her. I met another girl on OBT, the really pretty pregnant one that got busted for exposure of sexual organs if anyone remembers. She was kind of new, so I filled her in (see what I did there, ha) on what to watch out for and exactly what NOT to say. She gets a call from an online ad, and is very careful not to incriminate herself just like we talked about. She agrees to an out call and they send an UBER to pick her and her girlfriend up. They get to the room and she said he really tried to press her on what was included for the $400.
She would not say an act, just we're 2 consenting adults and whatever happens happens. He kept pushing but she stuck to her guns and refused to go into details. He finally says if I give you $700 does that at least include a blowjob? She shrugged and just shook her yes, he gave her the money and the cops came in and arrested them both. After she takes a few steps, a Spanish dude pulls up to her in a little car and she leans in the window. About 30 seconds later, they swarm him. At least 6 police cars, they jump out screaming with their guns drawn and order him on the ground. They have me totally blocked in. He gets arrested and a cop drives his car around the back of the 7-11 and it gets towed. I then drive over and park at the pumps at the 7-11 and watch. A dude pulls up to the front door of the Baymont in a minivan and goes inside to check in. He comes back pops the rear hatch and unloads his luggage onto the ground. SHE walks up to HIM and talks to him for at least 5 minutes, obviously having to convince him to say something and BAM, swarm him too. And his car gets towed. These are just a few examples to the moral being there is no entrapment and they will say anything to get you to incriminate yourself (that's why I added the SW stories to add context even though it's the wrong thread).

I will not disagree that LEO will lie cheat and steal to arrest, but lawyers can make it go away. Still a pain in the butt, so always pays to be careful.

That's why it's always best to keep your mouth shut. They will arrest you they will put your face on a website but the charges will get dropped if you admit to nothing or do nothing. I've been given a ticket leaving a massage parlor for rolling stop at a stop sign but all I did was get a massage so guess I'll get a stop sign ticket and be on my way.

While I have no doubt the examples given by the OP as an explanation for Florida NOT having entrapment laws are true, they do not stand for the proposition for a lack of such laws. Rather, they stand for the proposition that such laws are not always followed by law enforcement. From a jaded perspective, it's not hard to argue that cops are crooked, or they don't know the law, they don't care about the public, or whatever else. Trying to be as objective as possible, there are other issues at play as well. For example, LE might have a sting set up to bust guys trying to pick up street walkers. A guy pulls up to the UC, a conversation takes place and, while not necessarily blatantly offering cash for sex, it is clear what is going on. Then the guy looks to drive away. LE might well stop him and make the arrest to prevent him from going online and warning others about the sting operation. Another example would be where the sting is in a hotel room, the guy shows up, goes to the room of the UC and goes to fondle her breasts or crotch. LE might effectuate the arrest to avoid the physical contact between the guy and the UC. I do not mean to suggest that the gentlemen in the examples I gave SHOULD be arrested, I merely mean to suggest that, being objective, one might understand why LE effectuated the arrest. And, as has been suggested, a decent defense attorney ought to be able to obtain a favorable outcome for those examples. We should all be as cautious as we can out there. That said, there is just no way to 100% guarantee you'll never be arrested when participating in the hobby life. We can all be proactive in minimizing our risk, just know you cannot completely eliminate risk.

Even when you win, they still win.

As a Public Service and as a reminder, I'd like to mention and remind everyone that it's Bike Week this week, therefore another "major event" is in the area and ripe for Stingers and other nasty Traps that Uncle likes to set. As the week progresses, there will be lots of visitors in town over from the East Coast. Reports are the hotels are "sold out" in Daytona and there's lots of overflow in Orlando as usual.

I don't post very often, but wanted to give everyone a heads up on Lauren. She's always had some issues here and there but has always been mostly reliable and fun. Not right now. I've seen her numerous times in numerous situations, including taking her 20 minutes off the Trail to my safest place and I have never given her more than a Graint or Trip Jacks maybe once or twice. Most sessions I give her a pair of Jacks or less for a big box garage FS session. I know she was being quasi-pimped out on the SW Thread as if she were UTR. Hopefully that shit didn't stick in her head that she thinks she has now become Weezie Jefferson and is movin' on up to the big time. LOL. I passed her twice in the past few weeks where she was doing her best to wave me down, then when I passed, she shrugged her shoulders are me. I am glad I didn't stop if she's expecting the Big-Big Money now.

Raven the star is back in town. Met her by the Wawa South on the trail and went to her safe place fairly close. 200 for QV FS. Usually out of my range for roses but I just had to so I can scratch an online star off my bucket list. Definitely worth it but I wouldn't repeat. 200 can get me a weeks worth of fun elsewhere. Can't eat steak everyday.
