Anyone have any experience with those providers? I am having trouble finding much information, so I figure they are scams or fake pics, or a service. What do you think?

For the most part out of state area codes are scammers. But remember there are rare occasions when a person does actually relocate to a new area and they can keep their cell phone number including the area code (landline phones are a different matter, there you get a new number). I doubt any woman in the "business" has a landline because they are constantly looking for a new place to stay.

I do the same thing. Just because they have an out of state #, does not necessarily point to scam. Fake photos and deposits come to mind for scams, among other things.

I've had the same number for 30 years. It's my cell number now. No matter where I go or move, I'll have that number.
To have a landline you must have an area code in the location as the telephone exchange building. Cell phones are different.
