Looks like they got 3 johns today in Pompano. Not sure if it was SW setup or Hotel Escort but be careful.
I was actually out driving earlier in Pompano and saw a girl over by red & whites. I asked her if she needed a ride and she said "No, I'm actually talking to someone on the phone". I said, "OK, thanks, bye". Wonder if I lucked out on that one.

They are cleaning up bullishly especially dixie Atlantic area. Pompano Beach is an absolute hot spot right now for real estate investors as well as many relocating to South Florida from other states. Limited investment opportunities close to the beach are pushing new investors and builders west. Lots of pressure on the city. Look at the construction around the area and all the new apartment buildings on Atlantic and MLK as well. Its always the next best/cheapest land with builders which usually means the next nicest shittiest piece of property and area that can be turned into money. Sadly it looks like they are focusing on an area that interferes with a huge part of the Pompano loop of many years and decades. Atleast Jmar and 31st ave don't look to be going anywhere anytime soon.
