So, I tried the rental unit in a different way. I put a SB in an investment place I own in dog town expecting to visit her twice / week. We mapped out the expectations in detail, obviously not on paper. Rent I charge for the 2 BR house is $800 / month, so I figured CPO (one Orgasm / visit) at$ 92. 30. Not bad right?

Well, the reality was I had sex 0 times in the 6 mos it took to get her out of there. Credit checks can show up on your credit report, so be aware of that.

What you could try is one of those extended stay hotels, though; the per night cost for those is lower than most hotels, and they usually have kitchen facilities and sometimes more than one room.

Problem with a lease for an apartment, the credit check will show up on your credit report and usually they'll require deposits of the first and last month. You'll also need to pay utilities and possibly buy some basic furnishing. And then the SB also has a physical location to tie your real identity to. And if you decide to keep a full-time SB in your apartment, you'll have eviction and guest issues that Hernando experienced.

I too thought about the rental idea but I decided against because I wanted to leave no attachments. My fear was a baby from the past just showing up when I'm with another baby. Talk about a recipe for disaster. The idea was appealing to me mainly for quickie with babies, which brings me to my question.

1.) Most motel / hotels aren't hourly establishments, so how do you handle early checkouts when it's not an overnight?

2.) How do you answer the question from potential babies who ask why do we have to meet at a hotel? I've been asked this a couple of times and replied that it was due to the fact that we just meet and I wanted to establish a relationship before entertaining her at my home. The problem is that this is only a temporary excuse. How do you go about making them comfortable with meeting at a hotel long term? This is were the married guys have it easy.

My main fear is the SB will be able to find my identity from where I live. If I legally reside "at a friend's place" (for my financials and all other purposes, including all my mail), I think I can rent the apartment without it ever tying back to me. The only document that ties me to the apartment is the lease agreement which I do not believe is public record.

This isn't a chump change savings-the FC is the 2nd biggest expense right after the sugar itself.

I've never had an issue with getting a receipt in the mail or any other paper trail following me. If it's a nicer hotel, I either check out when I'm done, and if the person at the desk asks, I just say it was a get away for my wife and me for a couple of hours, and they are fine with that. I never check in with the baby, so they have no idea what my "wife" looks like. Again, if you make your reservation through Orbitz or Hotels. Com, there is no paper trail that the hotel sends you. A third option, which I have also done, is to just go back the next day and check out normally, as if I had spent the entire night there. The one thing to keep an eye out for is not to book a room at a chain that you have reward points with, as that will show up on a statement, and then you got some 'splainin' to do!
Lastly, when booking online, I use the baby's name as the registered guest, just in case. I've found that when I show up to check in, I say the room is "under the name XX", and since it's prepaid, they are fine with that. I just give them a cc for incidentals, and since there never are any, there aren't any issues with charges showing up later.

Ok, so I'm doing my normal all over the place SB search. I got 3 to 4 lined up over the next few days. Then based on the advice I saw on the board about hitting the babies as soon as they sign up, I started doing that.

As an aside, Windy, if you are looking for some situation that is 100% risk-free, I would humbly suggest that the Bowl is not for you. It is a risk / benefit analysis, and we all have our comfort ratios. The wisdom contained in the Clubhouse Journal has all been gained from hard experience, but no brother will tell you honestly that they are 100% bulletproof. There is always a chink in the armour. Your goal is to make it as small, and as hard to reach, as possible. Only Rosie is a sure bet.

Anything worth doing brings some measure of risk. The bold person minimizes what he can, then jumps anyway.

To expand a bit, I always ask if I can check in early, since I mostly play during the day, and check-in time at nice hotels is ususally 3pm, which limits playtime since I am married and usually need to be locked in my cell by 7 at the latest. I have only encountered one situation where that was not possible, but you need to be forcefull and get through to the actual front desk person in order to make it happen. Early check-in allows me to get the room the way I like it, and any bevies, eatables or toys laid out just so. Trust me, the babies dig it!

It has been reported to me that the new iOS update has the ability to turn on iMessage to all devices that share the same apple ID. This means all messages sent from one device will appear on all other devices that share the same apple ID. And all messages received on the device will appear on other devices that share the apple ID. From a COMSEC perspective this could spell disaster for you should one of your devices be outside of your control while conducting "eyes only" messaging operations.

For example, I am often asked: "Why do you need your computer, iPad and iPhone all of the time. Can't I borrow your iPad for a moment?" A moment later you receive a communication from a (ahem)"Sugar Baby" on your phone while your wife is using your iPad. One week later your wife begins a conversation with: "Are you involved with any other women?" At which point there is NO good answer as she has already told you she knows by the question alone. If your office was not registered as a commercial mail provider then I can see the above tactic working. But any mailbox place that's registered will not work for receiving documents as the legal address. Try it at a bank and see what happens (I have, and the banker told me my address with Apt #55 was mailbox and could only be used as the mailing address, not the legal)

If that's what it takes to get panties on the floor, I'll do it. My Sugar cell doesn't link to anything, and I always store it in the same secure place when it's not in use. As for email, as has been said, I keep a dedicated address for all my Sugar activities, and only access it via the provider's website. I never download anything, not even pics, as much as I might like to sneak a quick peak from time to time. I also make sure to log off every time, even if I'm just going to take a piss. Well. It will not be long until my ATF SB will be graduating and likely moving back to her home state. Pick up on her career and certainly move forward with her life. As she should. It has been quite a week. I am going to have to slow down my pace. But I must admit overall I feel energized.

So the week started off with a shock.
