I'm sorry to report that Syn will not make it to Chattanooga. For the last two weeks she has suffered from health problems not related to the profession. When I talked to her today she was in extreme pain and crying the whole time. Her sister was coming to take her to the doctor. She said to tell everyone she is so sorry for not making it. I dreamed I was met by this pretty little ole sweet country gal with the prettiest blues eyes I have seen on a lady. And, when I say 'lady' I mean just that. I found myself humming that old tune "You're on my mind, like a song from the radio" all day today. How fitting.

I had planned on seeing her Friday, but she had to cancel due to some serious pain issues in her knee. I'm hoping to see her maybe next week sometime if she gets better.
