Kiwi.
Seeing good things about Kiwi. What I don't see is selection. Is it one person, older like most other? Any choice in masseuse? Just curious. Tired of the standards Fuji and yoshikas have set for this area. Just want safe, clean, interesting and to b honest, a good massage. Why is that too much to ask? Any info either here or pm much appreciated.
I have seen a fair variety there, from late 20's to 50's. They had a younger provider who had a lot of tattoos. She was a smokeshow. I haven't seen here there in awhile. I went recently and passed. One provider seemed late 30's and other was likely in her 50's.
Some other aspects that you mention. Massage quality can be from OK to terrible. If I show my hand right off the bat, then I will be given an awful massage there and it will just be teasing light fingertip massage as they seek to negotiate menu purchases.
As far as legit massage at local AMP, I prefer Eastern Massage (on New Circle, near Winchester) and China Massage (in Nicholasville).
Kiwi loses many points in my book when it comes to cleanliness. I am a bit of a stickler. I tolerate some pretty unsanitary conditions due to my love of the hobby. I rate Kiwi fairly low in regards to cleanliness. I have never brought home any bugs or anything, but it isn't the most sterile place to get undressed.
What I like about Kiwi is the rotation of talent, the potential for talent in the 20's and low 30's, and the fairly open menu.
I hope this helps.

They are
Open. That site has been weird since the bullshit earlier this year. There are places I know are open but that site says closed. You can always call the number for a appointment. That's what I've done lately and the closed places are still open.

They are
Open. Not visited myself this year, but that site has been unreliable the past few months as listing places as closed. I just search the listed number of closed places and make an appointment. It worked more often than not this past summer during some trips. Those trips also made me realize that I could get better service than what they provide for the same they ask there. I'd rather save for elsewhere, but I understand the any port in a storm also. Happy traveling.

Fuji
So is Fuji open or closed?
I haven't been to Richmond in a while and I keep seeing posts about Fuji but Rubmaps say they are closed?
Can a local confirm?
They are opened.

Rain
I haven't seen this AMP written about on here. It is one of my favorites. I have gotten plenty of extras there without negotiations. Depending on the extras, I have pulled out my 'tip' as I seek the extra. Many times, I get as much as I want and then top as I see fit to afterwards. I don't seek FS, or DATY; so I am not sure that is on the table. I do know that I had two different providers there try to direct me to DATY.
So, I don't believe I have ever seen this place written about on here or advertised. I just stumbled into it due to my love of a restaurant in the same strip.
Anyway, it is across from Kroger's on NC and in the near Else Gran Tako (killer tacos if that is your cup of tea. And I twice had success taking out waitresses from there. Not mongering, but they were fun anyway).
So, a few things. The Mamasan (Sandy) loves me, so that could be part of the treatment I get there. If you tip well and aren't an ass, they should treat you well too. Sandy has a bit of weight, but she likes to have fun and gives a killer massage. If you flirt with her and treat her well, she will make sure you are always taken care of. I've gone there and seen over half a dozen different providers over time.
A note that might scare you off. Often a guy (who looks possibly Hispanic) is working at the front desk. Don't worry, he has never ever stopped any of my fun from happening (and some of the fun has gotten pretty loud depending on my moods). Also, it is fairly usual for Sandy to look in and check out the customer (and probably touch you). I think she does this to gauge whether to green light menu or expansion or to keep it legit.
Anyway, be kind to them. I was reluctant to share about this honeyhole on here, but I want fellow hobbyists to enjoy this place. Treat them well and they should treat you well. I haven't looked at the talent there in the past few months, but it has historically been pretty solid. And when the rotating talent doesn't do it for me, then I will have fun with Sandy. When she knows and likes you, her menu is wide open (likely including FS).
Went there yesterday evening. All just as DaleCRover said. I went in, got a damn good 30 minute massage with HE for only. 6 total. I will repeat.

Hygiene
How is the hygiene at this place and how old are the massage girls?
The hygiene of this place is not stellar. I have been in worse, but I don't think that making the rooms clean and inviting is a priority. The sheets probably aren't changed often. The pillow has no case. The second room is cleaner than the front room.
Like most AMP, the bathroom is disastrous if you have OCD.
I haven't been there in months, but the age ranges (in the past) have been from 20's to 40's. By my estimate. Even Sandy seems younger for a Mamasan.
As far as on New Circle Road, I think it is a bit cleaner than the AMPs on the other side of New Circle. The AMP next to the barber shop is too dirty for my tastes. As far as cleanliness, I think Eastern Massage is cleaner (but I have only seen two providers there).

Did not fond the place.

Clean is Great
That's one of the best things about Waller, it's clean.
I absolutely agree. Waller is very clean by AMP standards. Also, China Massage (in Nicholasville) is quite clean.
Cleanliness helps, but my curiosity can get the best of me and I will frequent some pretty unclean places.
The one on New Circle (next to the barber shop) is pretty filthy and can have some odd smells.
I made the mistake of turning the lights on in the AMP in Paris. It was so bad that I insisted on standing up for the whole session and I doused my feet with sanitizer afterwards. After the lights were on, it was all bad. My OCD was off the charts. Ha!

Waller.
Tried to find this place yesterday and did not find it, where is it located at, is in the same building as the restaurant.
It is not in the same complex as any restaurants. It is a two-story strip mall. First level. The intersection of Waller and Royalty Court.

Which One
Where should I go waller or the one next to gran taco? Planning to go tomorrow noon.
YMMV, and personal preference play a role in that decision. They are on opposite sides of town. There is probably a likelier chance of more open menu near El Gran Tako. Waller will be cleaner and may have a prettier provider.
I did get spooked one time when at Waller. I was sitting in their side waiting area. My internal clock was ticking so I started to leave. As I was leaving an uncle, in full uncle uniform came in the door. I nodded and got the Hell out. His uniform was for a neighboring county (maybe Woodford or Jessamine, I forget which one). I have been back twice since then, but that has made me cautious there and has reduced my propensity to frequent there.

Common Fucking Sense! LOL.
I agree. Even though the provider was one of my all-time favorites, I haven't been back. It was also that time of the month for her that month, and she showed me. I am not into "Wolf Moon" (for the Type Of person Negative fans).
