Never seen this guy, but the hair might be a hat. I've seen vendors at fairs and shows selling white headbands with bright blond spiky hair attached that you wear over your real hair (or your bald head). They look fairly bizarre.

I thought he owned the place given how much he's in there and the Richard Simmons get-up.
That guy has been around for the 20 years that I have been frequenting strip clubs. We always referred to him as Rod Stewart. The guy sits there talks to no one and only tips one girl $50 on his way out.

I wondered about that guy, I saw him the last 3 times I have been there. Most of the dancers avoid him like the plague, not even to bothering to try and hit him up after they are on stage.
Speaking of which, that is my least favorite thing about the place. There are a couple of dancers that I really would rather not tip, but I more or less feel obligated to do so. Is it odd that I feel irritated by this, or do others share that sentiment?

I'm a best man in my friends wedding, and for his bachelor party, I've decided to take him to Baltimore's "block". There will a small group of 4 guys, making the trip, we all live in York Pa. None of us have ever been to the block before, we are newbies. I was wondering if anyone could tell me whats the best club on the block for some possible back room action, if that's even possible. Also, what are the going rates, lap dances, drinks, covers, etc. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Before the other members jump on you, I will tell you to delete your post and Read The F-ing Forum.
All of those questions have been asked and answered already. The only thing that will happen at this point is at best everyone ignoring you or at worst ridiculing you or even better (my favorite) giving you the address of the Central District Police station and telling you it's the hottest club with the best shows and private rooms.
If you have to ask those questions you really aren't ready for the ins and outs of The Block; go to The Hustler Club or Scores and just watch some entertainment. Now is not the time to jump in with both feet; you want to do some solid research first.
