You can go to Tineye.com and upload the photo.

The site will show you the actual source of the stolen photo.

Yes the pics are fakes. They are from a girl named Brianna from Toronto Canada. Someone is scamming for credit card numbers so by all means DO NOT give yours to whoever is on the other end of the post. Smart mongers know that email and phone numbers are the best initial starting point. No one needs a credit card number to protect themselves. Get tineye.com and start exposing these scammers for what they are. If you find out that they are not who they say-post it!
